Job Description:
- Designing AES and Service Studio Offerings: Develop and tailor AES and Service Studio offerings in alignment with enterprise standards, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Architecture Review: Conduct thorough reviews of existing solutions to identify areas for enhancement and ensure continuous improvement in alignment with best practices.
- Research and Adoption of New Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, conduct evaluations and proof of concepts, and facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
- Non-Functional Requirements Design: Define non-functional requirements and conduct implementation reviews to bridge gaps between architectural design and code implementation.
- Architectural Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive architectural strategies and roadmaps to guide the evolution of the ServiceNow platform in line with organizational objectives.
Other Skills:
- Hold required certifications including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Preferred Experience:
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow custom applications using App Engine Studio / Service Studio.
- Specialization in Agile & DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in Workflows & Flow Designer, Catalog and UI builder, Integrations, Service Portal Design, and Workspace customization.
- Familiarity with RPA technologies such as Automation Engine (RPA), RPA Hub, Integration Hub, Document Intelligence, and Automation Center.
- Experience collaboration
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on App Engine and its products.
